A patron is someone who supplies resources to The Mycelium — material, financial, or relational — in exchange for extracts, ceremonies, and a long-term place in the network. Patronage is not investment. There is no expectation of profit. Patrons receive real goods of real value over a real timeline.

What patronage is and is not.
What it is: A pre-paid subscription to Fungai Art extracts and experiences over 24 months. You receive Hyphae ($MYCEL utility tokens) that you draw down for goods. After 24 months you may request a refund of any unused balance, denominated in EUR at the rate at the time of refund.
What it is not: An investment. There is no expected return on the contribution beyond the goods and experiences delivered. Hyphae are not securities. The Mycelium does not promise capital appreciation, dividends, or any financial return. Refunds restore unused balance only — not interest, not appreciation.

Three patron tiers
Choose your relation.
Each tier is a 24-month relationship. Hyphae are issued at the start; you draw them down for goods over the period. After 24 months: continue, exit with a refund of unused balance, or renew.
Initial conversation. Email robin@fungai.art with your name, what tier interests you, and a short note about why you'd like to be part of the network. We talk first — fit matters more than money.

Pre-paid subscription agreement. Sign a short consumer-style contract: amount, term (24 months), what you receive, refund terms. Standard EU consumer protection applies. Contract is between you and Fungai Art OÜ (Estonia).

Payment. Bank transfer to Fungai Art OÜ. Stripe also available. Crypto (USDC, EURC on Polygon) accepted. We invoice properly.

Hyphae issued. Your tier's Hyphae allocation appears in your wallet immediately. You can draw goods from the drawing menu any time.

24 months of flow. Draw extracts, attend ceremonies, learn at the academy, come on retreats. You're part of the network. Hyphae you don't spend roll over — they don't expire mid-contract.

End of term — three doors. At month 24: (a) renew for another period and keep your accumulated mycoTrust; (b) continue at-will, drawing remaining Hyphae as goods; (c) request refund of unused balance in EUR — calculated at the basket reference rate at refund date.
Why this exists
Why patronage, not investment.
Fungai Art is an art and herbal practice, not a startup. We don't want venture capital, equity dilution, or pressure to scale to where it kills the quality. Patronage is the ancient way artists and apothecaries were funded — a circle of supporters who trust the work and want it to continue. You receive real goods, real teaching, real time. The contribution is fair on both sides.
